[ACTIVE] Frogtown Farm Community Meeting

WHAT: A community meeting where the final master plan for Frogtown Park and Farm will be presented by the City of Saint Paul and Rebar, the design firm working on the farm portion of the project. Discussions will also take place regarding farm programming features and phasing options.

About Frogtown Park and Farm

The City of Saint Paul, in partnership with The Trust for Public Land recently acquired 12.7 acres of the former Wilder Foundation headquarters site at 919 Lafond Ave. The site will become Saint Paul’s first urban agriculture park. The farm portion will be operated and managed by Frogtown Farm, a non-profit organization based in Frogtown. Construction on the first phase of development and soil development will begin in the summer of 2014. The first phase of farming is scheduled to begin in 2015.
