[ARCHIVED] RISE ABOVE - A Tribute to the Tuskegee Airmen

As part of the Minnesota Summer of Civil Rights, the Commemorative Air Force Red Tail Squadron will present the RISE ABOVE Traveling Exhibit in Saint Paul on July 14th, 15th, and 16th. The exhibit includes the film "Rise Above" about the Tuskegee Airmen - America's first black military pilots and their support personnel. Attendees will have the chance to view an inspiring 30 minute film projected on a 160-degree panoramic screen in a 30 seat mobile movie theater.

The exhibit will be located on the monument side of John Ireland Blvd., near the Minnesota Transportation Building (395 John Ireland Blvd.). The event is free and open to the public. Tickets can be reserved, or are available on a first come, first serve basis.
