1. How do I file an appeal?

Return a completed appeal form, along with the $25 filing fee and a copy of all orders, to the City Clerk's Office before the appeal deadline noted on the order.

2. How do I file a claim against the City?

Fill out a claim form and return it to the City Clerk's Office. The matter will be examined by the City's claims manager, who will contact you. This process can take up to ten weeks.

The City Council meets every Wednesday, except the fifth Wednesday of the month. The meetings are at 3:30 pm in council chambers on the third floor of City Hall. Public hearings are held the first and third Wednesdays at 5:30 pm.
