How do I file a complaint against a police officer?
If you believe your rights have been violated by a police officer, you should file a complaint with the Saint Paul Police Department Internal Affairs Unit or the Police Civilian Review Commission.

HREEO's Human Rights Division can assist you in filing a complaint, but we cannot investigate the complaint. For more information, visit the Police Civilian Review Commission.
