Critical Need:

Does this project seek to address a critical health and safety concern, code violation, or other legally mandated improvement, including compliance with ADA requirements? If so, please describe the nature of the deficiency and how the proposal will resolve the issue. Infrastructure Need:

How does this project invest in the City’s infrastructure? Please describe the improvement and its impact on the asset. Include, if applicable, the impact on services, the demand currently being placed on the asset, the future trends for this type of asset, how any reprogramming will improve functionality, impact on deferred maintenance of the asset, and the historic nature of the asset.

Binding Commitment:

Does this project seek to address a previous binding commitment and/or continue a project already initiated? Is this a multiphase project?
