The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota (HRA) is a legally distinct public entity which undertakes housing, commercial and business development activities.

The HRA authorizes the acquisition of real estate, housing and commercial loans and grants; the issuance of bonds.

1.  Applicants Name: MORE a Nonprofit 501(C)(3) Corporation, (Cathy Rucci, Executive Director) 

2.  Project Description: The applicant proposes to purchase the two HRA owned vacant parcels located at 1587 and 1593 Jackson Street.  The applicant would like to construct a commercial building on the site so that they can continue to provide community service to the area residents. The applicant would continue long term ownership and management of property.

The applicant has not requested any financial assistance from the City at this preliminary stage.
