Community Court was created in collaboration with the Ramsey County District Court and Probation in 1991 to address quality of life crimes in the City of Saint Paul. 

As of April 30, 2005 the Community Court Program participants have completed approximately 72,463 hours of community service within the City of Saint Paul.
