City Passport
Overview
HealthEast Passport and Saint Paul Parks and Recreation are proud to sponsor City Passport.
This is a place to socialize, receive education and be involved in the
community. Available are a classroom, private conference room, computer
lab and a drop in area with periodicals and a large television.
The center is located at 55 E. 5th Street, Suite 203 in downtown
Saint Paul. Services include: health screenings, health and safety
seminars, resource center, creative arts program and much more. For

- 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Monday - Friday
- Also open on occasional evenings and weekends for special events
Fees and Membership
There is no membership fee for City Passport, although some activities at the center will have a participation fee. Visiting City Passport will automatically qualify you for a free HealthEast Passport membership card, which you will be asked to present when visiting.
Activities
City Passport provides both structured activities such as computer training, health screenings, musical performances and cooking classes, and a variety of drop-in activities like cards, board games, movie viewing, a book exchange, lots of friendly people to talk with, and always a pot of coffee on the boil.
