Irvine Park, our most popular outdoor location, is nestled in a quiet, shady, residential neighborhood in an historic district, just west of downtown Saint Paul. Park features include a gazebo with electrical outlets that holds approximately 10 people and an ornate fountain that serves as the park's centerpiece.

This park can accommodate a wide variety of wedding party sizes from small groups to large groups of approximately 200 people. Rental fee for wedding ceremonies is $100 per hour (one and a half hour minimum).

Irvine Park is available for rental dates from approximately mid-May through the end of September.

City of Saint Paul residents may apply for a permit the first business day of the month, 13 months in advance of their desired date. Non-residents residents may apply the first business day of the month, 12 months in advance of their desired date. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis; however, in person reservations are honored before phone reservations for same day requests.

The streets immediately surrounding Irvine Park are parking by permit only. After a reservation has been made, the Park Permit Office will issue parking permits for a percentage of the estimated attendance for an event. These parking permits do not reserve or guarantee that parking spaces will be available.
