The Family Housing Fund is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to preserve and produce affordable housing for families with low and moderate incomes in the seven-county metro area of Saint Paul and Minneapolis.

The Council was established by the Family Housing Fund. It works to create a healthy housing market by addressing foreclosure at three stages: pre-purchase, post-purchase, and remediation.
