After a complaint of violation is filed against you, the owner, a written advisement will be issued by Animal Control.

If second and subsequent complaints are filed and a written advisement is on file at the Animal Control Center, further action will be taken against you.

A court appearance may be mandated, with penalty assigned by the violations bureau.
