Through a partnership with Wagner Spray Tech, Inc., a Plymouth-based company that specializes in innovative spray paint technology, the City of Saint Paul is gaining a new weapon against graffiti. The Wipe Out Graffiti Van is a truck equipped with the latest commercial-powered paint spray technology. The van is part of a pilot Wipe Out Graffiti program that aims to get rid of graffiti within 48 hours of occurrence.
