Application Requirements

You must submit an application that includes the following:

All homeowner permit applications must be made in person at our office.

If you are adding to an existing permit, fill out the form as if you were applying for a new permit but only indicate the additional work being installed and indicate the original permit number in the comments area.


Inspections

Please call the inspector listed on your permit for your required inspection(s), between 7:30 am and 9:00 am, Monday - Friday.
