A bingo hall is defined as a business that owns, manages, or controls a building (rents or leases the building to any organization) for the purpose of conducting or playing the game of bingo.

This license requires inspection approvals from the Saint Paul Fire Department (651-228-6230), Saint Paul Police Department (651-291-1111), Gambling Enforcement (651-266-9117), and Zoning (651-266-9008).

The annual fee for a Bingo Hall License is $195.00 per location.

A Bingo Hall License will expire one year from date of issuance and may be renewed annually.
