Gambling Location License
General Information

For charitable gambling at licensed Saint Paul liquor establishments. There are three classes:
  • Class A - seating capacity of over 200
  • Class B - seating capacity of 101 to 200
  • Class C - seating capacity of 100 or less

Application Requirements

You must submit the following:
  • City Bar Site Application
  • City Bar Compliance affidavit
  • Required fee

Code Requirements

See Chapters 402 and 409 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code for information about gambling locations.


Inspections

This license requires inspection approvals from the Saint Paul Fire Department (651-228-6230), Gambling Enforcement (651-266-9117), and Zoning (651-266-9008).


Fees

The annual fee for a Gambling Location License is $71.00 per location.


Expiration/Renewal

A Gambling Location License will expire one year from date of issuance and may be renewed annually.
