State Fair Parking District

The State Fair Parking District is a special overlay zoning district within the City of Saint Paul, intended to allow exceptions to parking regulations in the zoning code under certain circumstances during the Minnesota State Fair. The District comprises the area described below:
  • Area between N. Snelling Ave. and N. Hamline Ave. and between W. Hoyt Ave. and Wynne Ave.
  • Area between W. Hoyt Ave. and W. Arlington Ave. and between N. Hamline Ave. and Chelsea St.
  • Area between N. Snelling Ave. and Winston St. and between Como Ave. and Wynne Ave.


State Fair Vending District

The State Fair Vending District is a special overlay zoning district within the City of Saint Paul, intended to allow exceptions to vending regulations in the zoning code under certain circumstances during the Minnesota State Fair. The District comprises the area described below:

  • Area between Hoyt Ave and Canfield Ave along N. Snelling Ave.
  • Area between Snelling Ave and Arona Ave along Midway Ave.
