Overview

This license is for a massage center which restricts minors by reason of age, or which provides the service of massage, if such service is distinguished or characterized by an emphasis on "specified sexual activities" or "specified anatomical areas". No obscene works shall be allowed.

Application Requirements

You must submit the following:

• Class N City License Application 
• Lease / rental agreement or proof of ownership
• A site plan
• A detailed description of services to be provided
• A list of employees (Massage Practitioner License)
• Proof that each employee is at least 18 years old

Inspections

This license requires inspection approvals from the Saint Paul Fire Department (Ph: (651) 266-8989), Environmental Health (Ph: (651) 266-8989), Licensing (Ph: (651) 266-8989), and Zoning (Ph: (651) 266-9008).

Expiration/Renewal

A Massage Center (Adult) License expires one year from date of issue and may be renewed annually.
