Special Event Food Sales (1-3 Days) License
Overview
This license is for a special event during which limited food preparation and sales are permitted.

Code Requirements
See Chapter 331A of the Saint Paul Legislative Code for information about special event food sales.
Application Requirements
You must submit the following:
Late Fee
Applications received less than seven (7) business days prior to the first day of the event shall incur a late fee equal to fifty (50) percent of the license fee.
Inspections
This license requires inspection approval from Environmental Health [Ph: (651) 266-8989].

Each additional 150 square foot portion OVER the base size will incur an additional fee.

The late and/or emergency fees are in addition to the license fee. Cash payment is required if applying less than eight days before the event.
Expiration/Renewal
A Special Event Food Sales (1-3 Days) License is valid only for the date(s) of the specific event.
