Tattoo Parlor License
Overview
This license is for a business engaged in any method of placing designs, letters, scrolls, figures, symbols or any other marks upon or under the skin of a person with ink or color by the aid of needles or instruments. Per Chapter 367.05 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code, it is unlawful to tattoo persons under 18 years of age.

This license requires inspection approvals from Environmental Health (Ph: (651) 266-9090), Licensing (Ph: (651) 266-9090) and Zoning (Ph: (651) 266-9008).

Expiration/Renewal
A Tattoo Parlor License will expire one year from date of issuance and may be renewed annually.
