General Open Swim

1.  Saturday and Sunday during open swim from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. the main pool has lap swim.  The Large Water Slide, Diving Well, Children's Activity Pool, and Whale Splash Pad are open.  The main pool will begin open swim at 12 00 p.m..
2.  Monday - Friday during open swim from 5:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. the main pool has lap swim.  The Large Water Slide, Diving Well, Children's Activity Pool, and Whale Splash Pad are open.  The main pool will resume open swim at 6:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m..
3.  Wednesday evenings from 6:30 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. on the following Wednesdays 6/12 - 7/17 2013, the deep end of the main pool will be used for a Deep Water Conditioning Water Aerobics.  The remainder of the main pool will remain open for general open swim.

1.  Friday morning is a Power Water Aerobics Challege class; no registration required.
2.  Tuesday and Thursday evening class is shared with Lap Swim in the main pool.
3.  Wednesday evening is a Deep Water Conditioning class.   All the moves we do in the shallow end are now being taught in the deep end of the main pool.  Use equipment to build strength and endurance.  Registration is required; drop ins welcome although there will be limited space and equipment.
