512 Van Buren Avenue -- Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity
This project is a new construction single family home. Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity is looking for qualified companies to bid on the following types of work:
  • Earthwork
  • Sewer & Water
  • Concrete - Structural & Flatwork
  • Foundation Waterproofing
  • Roofing
  • Rain Gutters
  • Drywall Finishing
  • Carpet
  • Plumbing
  • HVAC
  • Electrical

Earthwork is scheduled to begin in September, 2014. Majority of project construction will take place in the summer of 2015. Bids are due no later than 5:00 PM August 29, 2014, sent to Wanda Coss via mail or email (). Please see Habitat's Bid Notification for 512 Van Buren for more information.

Hamline Station Redevelopment
The Hamline Station Project is a residential redevelopment of a block at Hamline and University in Saint Paul. Construction includes underground parking, a 4-story apartment building, stick construction, totalling 108 units and 175,000 square feet. Construction is to start July 1, 2014. Bids will be accepted in mid-June.
