News Rack Permits

News rack permits are required whenever a news rack is placed within the city of Saint Paul right of way.

Each news rack permit is valid for one year beginning July 1, of each year. 

Each applicant is required to register with the Right of Way Permit Desk and will be asked to provide information regarding the news rack as well as proof of insurance naming the City as additional insured.
