Pursuant to Section 82.01 and Section 185.05 of the St. Paul Legislative Code, Section 5200 of the Minnesota Rules, and Minnesota Statutes Section 175.171, the City of Saint Paul has the authority to monitor contractor’s compliance with local prevailing wage laws on City-funded construction projects.
