Data Practices: Criminal Records
This course is designed for law enforcement employees and supervisors who handle criminal records to include background investigations. The course will focus on the practical aspect of law; handling requests, what can be released to who and when.
Data Practices: Personnel / Human Resources
This course is designed for supervisors and managers who deal with personnel records. Areas for discussion include main personnel, complaint, supervisory and background investigation files. You will learn how to organize, handle, store, and respond to requests for information.
