Section 3 Working Capital Loan Program

- Description: The Section 3 Working Capital Loan Program helps qualified Section 3 residents and businesses obtain working capital to cover business expenses such as payroll, materials, accounts receivables, small tools and/or equipment, bonding and insurance, project mobilization, and other similar working capital needs. - Neighborhood Development Center (NDC)
- Description: Beginning at the end of January, 2013, NDC will conduct a Section 3 Contractor Training Program. This training program will help you:

- Latino Economic Development Center (LEDC)
- Description: LEDC's Construction Entrepreneurship Program provides classes and technical assistance to help Section 3 business owners gain fundamental construction business skills, such as business management, legal structure, applying for beneficial certifications, creating accurate and competitive estimates and bids, English language skills for construction, and computer literacy for construction.
