My thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends of Officer Josh Lynaugh. As a second generation Saint Paul police officer, he was part of a proud tradition of generations serving the department. Every day, our police officers put themselves in harm's way to protect and serve their communities, and the people of Saint Paul are forever grateful for Officer Lynaugh's service. Our city lost a devoted public servant today
