#CleanupStPaul is a volunteer cleanup event taking place in both the
real and the virtual worlds April 25 through May 10. Volunteers are asked to go
out to their favorite park and pick up the trash and other debris that
remains after the snow melts.
After you complete picking up trash, snap a few pictures of the full
trash bags and upload them to either Facebook or Twitter. The Saint Paul
Parks and Recreation Department will then share the photos on its
social media accounts, allowing you to show the world how much you care
about the environment and Saint Paul Parks.
*Participants who post a hashtagged photo will be entered into a drawing to win a four pack of admissions to any of the City's aquatic centers. The drawing for the pool passes will be held on May 15 with winners notified via social media.

Be cautious while working.
Avoid crossing roads.
Don't pick up sharp or suspicious objects.
Be sure to wear work gloves and practical shoes. Sturdy boots or shoes
will protect your feet from uneven terrain, ragged branches, etc.
