Building a light-rail transit line down the middle of University Avenue will link Saint Paul's neighborhoods with both downtowns, the University of Minnesota, the airport, and various other destinations throughout the region. - Push us to explore alternative energy options for the corridor and to create green connections to University Avenue, making the walk to the train a pleasant experience

- Celebrate and preserve the cultural richness and history of the various communities along the corridor
