We provide benefits assistance to all active and retired employees. Our services include:
- Answering benefits questions
- Administering Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Leaves of Absence
- Processing Voluntary Leaves of Absence
- Coordinating annual Open Enrollment
- Presenting bi-annual Pre-Retirement Sessions in conjunction with Ramsey County
- Meeting with retiring employees regarding future benefits
