SPNN is looking for people who can provide leadership and have knowledge and skills in the areas of:

SPNN was created as a separate non-profit by the City of Saint Paul in 1984. Its mission is to make telecommunications media reflective of, and available and responsive to, the needs of individuals and organizations in Saint Paul in order to increase understanding and mutual respect for all people.

SPNN provides and promotes community access to cable television equipment, training and channels on a not-for-profit basis.
