The City of Saint Paul's City Clerk’s Office is responsible for:
Managing the record-keeping functions for all City Council actions
Managing the administrative updating of the:
Saint Paul Charter
Overseeing the election contract with Ramsey County
Administering domestic partnership registrations
Acting as the responsible authority and compliance official for City data-practices requests
Assisting City staff and the general public in researching information regarding City Council actions.
