2012 Black History Month Schedule of Events
The City of Saint Paul, Saint Paul Public Libraries, and Ramsey County are hosting a number of exciting February events in recognition of Black History Month. The schedule of events includes guest speakers, proclamations by city and county officials, and numerous local library events.
