PARK PERMITS AND RENTALS
Saint Paul is home to one of the finest park systems in the country and features the most well-kept and beautiful hiking trails, sports facilities, woods, and picnic areas in the world. From "The Jewel of Saint Paul," Como Regional Park, to the 2,000 year old burial sites at Indian Mounds Regional Park, Saint Paul has something for everyone. No doubt, the historic city is well on its way to becoming the most livable city in America.
The 2014 picnic season will run from May 3–October 5.
Reservations need to be made a minimum of
seven business days in advance.
Permits are issued and allowed for summer Holidays.

We are not issuing permits at this time for the 2014 season for fossil hunting at Lilydale Regional Park. Please check this page for updates, or call the Park Permit Office.
*The Tot Lot at Indian Mounds Regional Park will be under construction throughout the summer of 2014*
be aware that work is scheduled to be done on the faces of the
Landmark Center and the Ordway Center from until the Fall of 2014. This may cause possible lane
closures and may have some associated noise during private event.
***Please also note that until further notice, Lilydale Road will be closed east of the train trestle and west beyond the Pickerel Lake parking lot.
Picnic Reservation Hours:
AM Session: 7:30am to 2:00pm
PM Session: 3:30pm to 9:30pm
All Day: 7:30am to 9:30pm
Organizations claiming tax exempt status* must submit a completed ST3 form prior to making a reservation.
All Insurance Certificates must be submitted to Saint Paul Parks and Recreation no later than 15 business days prior to the event. Failure to do so will result in event being canceled. Insurance is required for all inflatables and no dunk tanks are allowed in parks.
*This tax exempt number must be issued by the State of MN and not by the IRS Department of Treasury.

Note: Reserved parking spaces are not permitted in our parks; all parking is general and on a first come, first served basis.
CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds will be issued if request is made less than 30-days prior to the event date. Permits under $150.00 will not receive a refund. Permits over $150.00 will receive 50% of the permit fee paid.
