The City of Saint Paul and the Saint Paul Housing and Redevelopment Authority adopted sustainable development policies for public buildings as well as privately developed buildings receiving more than $200,000 in public financing.

Adopted sustainability policies for:
New municipal and HRA owned buildings
Private Development receiving more than $200,000 in public financing

For projects that are not required to comply with either of the above two policies, the Saint Paul PED/HRA Sustainability Initiative will apply.
