We provide benefits assistance to all active and retired employees. Our services include:
  • Answering benefits questions
  • Administering Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) Leaves of Absence
  • Processing Voluntary Leaves of Absence
  • Coordinating annual Open Enrollment
  • Presenting bi-annual Pre-Retirement Sessions in conjunction with Ramsey County
  • Meeting with retiring employees regarding future benefits
