Mid-Fall, Phase III:  Presentation & Recommendation

  • Sharing Ideas for Process Improvement, Rooted in City and Resident Sharing
  • Presentation to City Council Audit Committee and City Administration 

Late Fall, Phase IV:  Sharing Back

  • Reconnecting with City Staff and System Users Who Contributed to the Study
