Itasca to the Bayou – Economic Development along the Mississippi

At this year’s symposium, you’ll experience a powerful convergence of experts who have extensive real-world practice working and success in economic development along the Mississippi, from Itasca to the bayou. The day will start with the Federal Reserve president of this region sharing his views on our economy and ways in which banking policies can impact our local neighborhoods.

Panels of men and women who have experience in local and state economic development will address successful housing and mixed-use development projects near the Mississippi River, noteworthy development and best practices in Louisiana, and development priorities and experiences of speakers from the multicultural community.

You’ll be sure to leave the conference with fresh ideas and approaches for your community.
