DWI Court was created in collaboration with the Ramsey County District Court.
The goal of DWI Court is to enhance public safety by holding repeat DWI offenders accountable using:
- Judicial supervision
- Treat Case management
- Supplemental services
Eligible participants must:
- Accept responsibility for their criminal behavior
- Agree to complete community service hours within the community harmed by their criminal activity
A participant is active in DWI Court for at least 24 months and the program can accept approximately 60 participants.
