Summer Blast
NOTICE: Summer Blast will not take place as planned during summer 2020. Please see our alternative program, Summer Space. Summer Space is a free outdoor program for Saint Paul youth entering grades 1-6 that adheres to MN Department of Health guidance on COVID-19.
Summer Blast is a free afternoon program for youth who will be entering grades 1-6 in the fall.
Activities include crafts, art, tennis, cooking, swimming, gym games, water fun, outdoor nature activities, outdoor play, fitness, kitchen science, field trips and more. Partnering with the Saint Paul Public Library, youth are encouraged to keep reading all summer through fun literature activities and programs. A daily snack is provided. No Summer Blast on July 4.

Fall, Winter & Spring Blast
Fall, Winter, and Spring Blast are free programs for grades K-5 from 1pm-4pm during SPPS seasonal breaks. The above sites have Fall, Winter, and Spring Blast programs with the exception of Palace, North Dale, Hazel Park, and Oxford/Jimmy Lee, which have all-day, fee-based programs for grades K-5.
