Cultural and Heritage Preservation Chapter

The Cultural and Heritage Preservation Chapter of the Saint Paul Comprehensive Plan is a joint effort of the Heritage Preservation and Planning Commissions.

The Heritage Preservation Commission recommended the Draft of the Cultural and Heritage Preservation Chapter to the Planning Commission at the December 7, 2017 meeting.

The Comprehensive Planning Committee reviewed the draft chapter to the Planning Commission at the December 12, 2017 meeting.

On December 15, 2017 the Planning Commission reviewed the draft chapter and staff memorandum. The staff memo to the Planning Commission provides background on the Comprehensive Plan update, community engagement highlights, an overview of the chapter drafting process, and highlights from the draft chapter.  Below the memo are presentations to the Planning Commission and Heritage Preservation Commission.
