Outdoor Commercial Uses Zoning Study

On September 2, 2016, the Saint Paul Planning Commission released the Outdoor Commercial Uses Zoning Study for public comment (comment period closed Monday, October 17 at 4:30pm). The study recommends amending the existing outdoor commercial uses regulations in order to increase the number of zoning districts in which outdoor commercial uses are permitted, to clarify what constitutes an outdoor use by adding a definition, and to add additional standards to the current outdoor commercial use provision. The Outdoor Commercial Uses text amendment is available here.
