The Saint Paul Police Department supports the efforts of Open Information Saint Paul to publish relevant data sets within the limits of state data privacy laws. Open Information Saint Paul currently publishes workforce demographics by each city department, including the Saint Paul Police Department. Established (2016).

2.5.1 The Bureau of Justice Statistics should add additional demographic questions to the Law Enforcement Management and Administrative Statistics (LEMAS) survey in order to meet the intent of this recommendation.
