Application Requirements
You must submit the following:
- Mechanical Permit Application Form
- Required fee
- A set of plans (if new construction)
Inspections
Please call the inspector listed on your permit for your required inspection(s), between 7:30 am and 9:00 am, Monday - Friday.
Fees
- The permit fee is 1% of the estimated job cost (including materials, labor, and materials supplied by others), with a minimum fee of $85.00.
- The state surcharge is $1.00 per permit, not per unit.
