Overview
LC158 - Special Parking Permit for: Business engaged in a commercial activity at a specific location to park delivery vehicles for not more than 30 minutes at any one time while deliveries are made - at meters without paying the fee between 8:00 am and 11:00 am (LC160.08); in truck loading zones (LC152.12); at front and rear building entrances (cannot block a fire escape or exit from any building) (LC157.03); double parking if one lane of traffic in each direction is left unobstructed (LC157.09); and in residential permit only zones (LC164.11). Display of Parking Permit Placard
Special Parking Permit Placards shall be placed between the driver’s side dashboard and the windshield of the vehicle (LC 158.04). For any person engaged in a bona fide agricultural business a special parking permit (LC165) is required to park an Agricultural Vehicle within the street frontage of the permit holder's home during the growing season, March 1 through November 30. A valid inspector-issued placard must be displayed.
Expiration/Renewal
A Commercial Vehicle License will expire one year from date of issuance and may be renewed annually.
