Introduction

This portal provides information about the Workplace Conduct Policy & Procedures, as well as presenting clear ways for employees to report suspected conduct.

  • As an employee of the City of Saint Paul, you should become familiar with the Workplace Conduct Policy. This policy applies to all employees; please read it carefully and be aware of the expectations and requirements it places on you and your coworkers.
  • All employees who are charged with the supervision and management of other City employees and volunteers are expected to be thoroughly conversant in all aspects of the Workplace Conduct Policy, as well as the Workplace Conduct Policy Procedures. This policy places certain responsibilities on you and requires that you take specific actions when you believe this policy has been violated. Every employee that you are responsible for should have a copy of this policy; if they do not, you may print this document and distribute it to them with a copy of the Acknowledgement Form.

If you have any questions about the Workplace Conduct Policy and Procedures, please contact the Office of Human Resources at 651-266-6500.
