As the Responsible Government Unit (RGU), the City of Saint Paul has prepared an Environmental Assessment Worksheet (EAW) for the proposed Hamline Midway Library Project at 1558 West Minnehaha Avenue in Saint Paul, MN.
The City of Saint Paul has made a Negative Declaration and does not require the preparation of an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for this project.
The City of Saint Paul has prepared an EAW pursuant to Minnesota Rules 4410 for the proposed demolition of the Hamline Midway Library building to make space for a new library building. The site is approximately 0.33 acres at 1558 W Minnehaha Avenue in Saint Paul, MN. The proposed development includes a 10,454 square feet new library building.
The City is currently accepting public comments on this EAW through July 20, 2023 at 4 p.m.
