The City of Saint Paul's Treasury has launched a new investor relations page. The Treasury Division manages all City financing needs, including investor communications for the City and related entities.

Mayor Melvin Carter proposed the City's 2024 Budget on August 10, 2023. Information on the 2024 Budget and prior year budgets can be found on the Office of Financial Services' Budget webpages.
