Vendors interested in doing business with the City of Saint Paul can now register their business on the city’s new electronic procurement database. Starting November 18, 2013, www.stpaulbids.com will be available for vendor registration. In 2014, www.stpaulbids.com will be the database for viewing and responding to all city bid opportunities and purchase orders. Vendors are highly encouraged to register now so they are ready to do business with the city in 2014. DemandStar will no longer be used by the city effective January 6, 2014.
