Annual Crime Reports

Saint Paul Police Department Crime Data can now be found at the MN Bureau of Criminal Apprehension (BCA) Crime Data Explorer website.  Beginning in 2021, the State of Minnesota began reporting crime data using the new National Incident Based Reporting System (NIBRS).  NIBRS now replaces the older Uniform Crime Report (UCR) format.  Information on the history, purpose, and use of both NIBRS and UCR reporting can be found at the links below.
