Parks and Recreation Design and Construction Projects
The Design and Construction Division of Saint Paul Parks and Recreation provides services that develop and preserve the City's open space system. This system includes parks, trails, recreational/athletic facilities, parkways, gardens, squares, plazas, wetlands, environmental preserves, and more.
